Cajun Shrimp - SOS Oyster Shells

Spicy cajun shrimp recipe in SOS oyster shells.

Ingredients
  1. 12 SOS Oyster Shells
  2. 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  3. 7 arbol chiles, stemmed
  4. 3 Tbsp. A.1. Original Sauce
  5. 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive oil
  6. 10 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  8. 2 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium/large shrimp
  9. Topping
  10. 2 green onions, chopped
  11. 1/2 cup Sour Cream of your choice
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
  3. Spray SOS with non stick cooking spray
  4. Add 2 shrimp and 2 tablespoons of blended sauce in each SOS, put all 12 SOS on a cookie sheet and place in oven. Cook on 350 degrees for 15 minutes, continue to check shrimp until cooked.
  5. Serve topped with green onions and sour cream.
  6. Extra: For extra flare also top with Fried Onions
